Our Fabrication process uses state-of-the-art, laser-guided, 3D measuring devices linked to the water jet precision cutting equipment. With the addition of our precise edge and polishing machinery, as well as European style hand-finishing, Brekhus Tile & Stone can ensure that your custom-cut natural stone will be an exact fit.
Because of our cutting-edge equipment, Brekhus can fabricate marble, granite, and quartz counter tops in significantly less time and more accurately than other stone fabrication shops. We would like to give you a quick tour of our shop so you will be confident. No one does granite or marble fabrication better than Brekhus Tile & Stone.

How It Works
After material selection and edging choice has been finalized, our fabrication shop will set up a time to take a laser guided template of the area for installation.
Once the template has been completed, a shop drawing and photo-digital layout (see image) will be sent to the client for approval.
Once approved, the fabrication shop can then move the project into production. Typical time frame from start to finish usually ranges from 3-4 weeks (3-5 business days for the fabrication shop to get in contact to set up a time for template and 15-20 business days from time of template to installation, however this process could be held up if customer approval is not approved within a reasonable time frame).
Tape measures are a thing of the past. The laser is accurate up to 0.0625’’ and has a range of 325’. Measuring in tight spaces such as full height backsplashes, shower stalls, etc., previously a challenge, becomes a simple task. What used to be a cumbersome, time consuming task is now simpler, faster, and more accurate, reducing labor costs and improving satisfaction.
We believe in using only the best technology available, which is why we choose Park Industries fabrication machinery. Our fleet consists of the Fusion CNC Saw/Waterjet, Yukon II Bridge Saw, and Titan CNC Router, Fastpack II, and the Pathfinder Digital Imaging + Slabsmith Software.
